As we are entering into week 3 of clean eating and week two of working out (5-6 days a week! Dang!!) the hubs and I were talking about what keeps us motivated and on track.
Something we did to help us jump start our focus on exercise is setting a short term goal. Our one year anniversary is coming up in less than 2 months and we are going to FLORIDA to spend a week on the beach! So that is a HUGE incentive to stay focused! And if we eat clean ALL week and don’t cheat, we allow ourselves a “splurge meal” as a little treat!

Tomorrow I am going to post a blog on some of the yummy, healthy and DELICIOUS treats I made last weekend, but until then, what are some ways you stay motivated? I would love to hear some of YOUR success stories!
